you're the crazy =&$holes.

not me

For most of my entire life, my "superiors", elders, and others who claim that they know better, have, when I explained what was happening to me, decided I was mentally ill, deceived, ignorant, etc. The following is just one example of the sort of retards to which I've been subjected. Doesn't matter if it's the legal, trucking or some other occupation where I have had to answer to people who weren't fit to kiss my....

On Monday I rode with Edward W. Seyfert as a PSD. Mr. Seyfert was loud, foul-mouthed and

offensive from the beginning. Less than a handful of times did I hear him complete a

sentence without an obscenity. Oftentimes there would just be a stream of disgusting

language. I was not impressed by his stories of his sexual exploits. As a new employee, I

tried to play along and share my stories. In hindsight, I am embarrassed by my behavior.

On Wednesday morning I woke up and was lying in the top bunk. I suddenly realized the

truck was moving, and | quickly descended the ladder. Mr. Seyfert then began loudly

berating me for moving around in the cab whilst the truck was moving.

I repeatedly offered to drive, and he refused. I only drove a few hours starting 2200 the first

day, until about 0200 the second day. When I was driving, he repeatedly fell asleep, would

wake up briefly to scream obscenities and berate me for my poor driving. He repeatedly

told me I looked tense, and I should relax.

He was a good instructor on the pad. I completed my four maneuvers, pulling forward,

backward, parallel parking, etc. on my first day. I had a CDL in Japan and in California 25

years ago.

When he was driving was repeatedly falling asleep. On the first night when I saw him

sleeping, I tried to engage him in conversation. At one point | looked over and saw his head

tilted over and I loudly yelled HELLO to wake him up. The next day the same thing

happened. I had become so dissatisfied and disgusted by my supposed Instructor that I

thought rather than wake him up, we ought just die.

The day before I rode with him, Mr. Seyfert had a PSD named Daniel. Daniel quit Prime Inc.

the second day of riding with Mr. Seyfert (EWS). EWS told me that when EWS was driving

and Daniel was with him, EWS was falling asleep and at one point they were a quarter

second from him killing them both.

EWS also claimed that he had been suspended previously for 60 days because he had

urinated into a bottle in front of a student in the cab.

While we were at a rest stop, he was standing between the seats, near the bunks. He

frequently discussed politics and I tried to navigate a safe response. At one point he

became extremely aggressive whilst standing over me in the passenger seat. He was raising

his voice because I refused to indicate my political party affiliation. I explained to him that I

do not vote.

Rarely would more than a few minutes go by without him screaming obscenities at other

motorists. One motorist in New Hampshire was just waving hello, and this earned the

motorist a stream of vulgarity.

He repeatedly flashed his lights, honked long with the air horn, and yelled at passenger cars who he felt were driving to slowly or were in his way.

I was embarrassed and humiliated to be assigned this so-called instructor. He will undoubtedly continue with this behavior unless he is suspended or terminated.

Mr. Seyfert was very kind on occasion. He repeatedly shared his food with me. His spouse is a very good cook. My Comdata card was not working, and Connecticut, despite claiming I would have almost 500 dollars in food stamps this past Sunday, has not put any money on my EBT card. I had $20 when I got in his cab. In the first 10 minutes he asked to borrow $10 which he claimed he would repay to me. He did not. He offered to let me take a sleeping bag and pillow he had purchased for Daniel. He then tried to make a joke about me owing him more money for the food he had given me.
