I have a younger brother. We don't talk. We did. I just got sick and tired of having the same conversation with his drug addled brain.
He has a son, whom I love as much if not more than my brother, and less than his father loves him. Son, like father, are wake & bake. Neither can get out of bed without a smoke. Brother attended AA religiously. At least a third of his AA Chapter were wake 'n bake.
Ancestry is one of my fetishes. The siblings with whom I was raised don't share my fetish. If one doesn't learn about one's ancestors, how can one learn from one's ancestors? If one doesn't learn from one's ancestors, how can one learn from history, the most proximate history any of us share?
Brother makes the identical parenting mistakes as Father. If he could see that, would he want to? If he wants to he can.
