If a person is being treated by more than one physician, they must show that at least one of the treating doctors has been informed of all prescribed and authorized medications and has determined that the use of the medications is consistent with the safe performance of job duties.
Why not require all doctors be told? Occum's Razor. Why complicate the rules drivers must follow when the complication only gives worse results?
