Not every McDonald's has to be in a purpose built facility. I've seen many nice McDonald's in older buildings in Canada, Europe, India, etc. If the Evil Mac Empire uses the existing building, adheres to local regulations instead of trying to throw its weight around, perhaps that location will be less profitable than our Potterville (no s, thank you very much) secret ingredient delivery device. Nonetheless, if well managed, the restaurant could be profitable.
