American elementary school students are still brainwashed with the wonders of slave holder achievement, much like South Africa's pride in the first heart transplant. No public school, to my knowledge, teaches children why the English set the Germans against the Russians. The Special Relationship prevents such heresy. One is reminded of Mr. Nixon's praise of Mr. Pinochet.
