Imagine a nurse led practice in America? How might one possibly succeed without doctoral excess? Most MDs, and attorneys, wouldn't be either if the profession weren't paying so well. Perhaps the greatest challenge in both professions is that there's no, or little oversight. Clients must defer to their experts expertise. AI could help. Don't expect the attorneys or MDs to cooperate.

My dad starved himself to death. So have many other people his age. None of the death certificates for these folks indicate suicide as a cause of death.
Americans often make a big deal how, some decades back, most Japanese MDs wouldn't verbalise a terminal illness diagnosis to Japanese patients. Americans interpreted this as Japanese MDs lying to their patients, as if to excuse the moral laxness of American MDs.
If one were American, and needed everything repeated loudly, verbally diagrammed, and explained in infantile detail before your brain might decide whether it wants to process an idea, We can see how Americans might think Japanese MDs were lying. More truthfully, Americans excel at ignoring their own lies while never missing an opportunity to point fingers, fingers that are often unjustified at best, and more often hypocritical.
If Iran assassinated an American general, the USA would have invaded Iran, with UN permission, of course.
Gee, here's a shocker.

& there never was. Just another pissant-in-chief lie to get me to the next pissant-in-chief liar.
