a natural fact

Monarchy is more natural than democracy.

Democracy is unnatural. When a wolf pack decides which way to roam, they don't vote. There's a hierarchy, a natural order to things, and beings. That's why we call the natural order 'the animal kingdom'.

The British suggest one ought know one's station in life, and do one's best to be that path. We aren't suggesting adherence to all social norms. Quite the contrary. Some of us have stations which aren't stationary. Richard Branson, Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, Bantu Steve Biko, and Rubin "Hurricane" Carter come to mind.

Since 1858, and the writings of Alfred Russel Wallace, et. al., we've known We are animals. Nonetheless, how often do people use the word animal or 動物 intending to refer only to non-human animals. The class I taught as an adjunct at Yokohama National University, which I uploaded to iTunes U, and now, if it was ever accessible at all, appears to have been lost forever (much like revenue from my Kindle and Apple Books), covered the outdated way humans speak. The word animals is just one example.
