I have written of The Tornado. Each person perceives media uniquely. One symptom of the TT is media bias. If one's in the TT, or is the TT, the consumption of media is altered. Some hits home, some doesn't. Oftentimes, that which hits less than the average bare
is the most.... If I have lived a movie, novel, etc., I feel no need to repeat. The media that resonates best is media just a bit off, perhaps better, maybe slower, in any event, different.
No one lives the same nanosecond twice, although I wouldn't mind that last Drambuie one more time.
In Japan, drinking etiquette requires you not pour your own. On my way here, I met a couple lads on the GBDuro course. The first mentioned he'd not bought his own beverage since arriving in Scotland. Perhaps Gaelic etiquette requires one not buy one's own.
